Please fill out this form to register for the 2025 Living Hope Women's Christmas Tea on December 13th from 2-4pm.

Please include yourself as well as any guests you are bringing.

As this is a free event, we encourage those attending to bring a holiday treat to share!

Volunteers are needed to host tables at the event - This includes bringing a table setting for 8 along with decor for your table.
